Major problem was environment of plant, Un-availability of skilled people, Assessing Man power requirement in each department and allocation of optimum man power in each workstation, were the major challenges.

Analyzing the work method and de-skilling the method, improvement in existing layout for proper utilization of work place were goals of the project.
