At VCS, Shrigopal leads projects and diagnostics in the field of Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement and Industrial Engineering. He has conducted assignments on Lean, corporate office set-up, strategic direction and strategy articulation and achievement through objective and measurable processes.
His roles & responsibilities in the organization include leading a team of Consultants conducting Consultancy Assignments for the customers of VCS
Earlier he did Business Consulting and Business Process Re-engineering for Pharma and Automotive Industrias.

Prior to VCS, he worked as a Senior Consultant for a n IE Consultancy Company – the foremost in India.
Shrigopal worked as an Industrial Engineer in various organizations. His role carrying out involved Industrial Engineering Studies in production plants and Service Sectors.
